Park House presents a rare opportunity to redevelop an entire 1.04 acre city block on the edge of Mayfair with an Oxford Street frontage comparable with Selfridges. This project wasn’t without its issues having been moth balled due to the down turn then to be reignited. It sits on a very tight footprint in a highly built up area of the City. This alone brings with it a multitude of construction restrictions as well as it being located in a wealthy area of London.
