At Central Photography we had the pleasure of working on Heron Tower from ground up to final finish. Heron Tower, also referred to as 110 Bishopsgate, London.
The Buildings Architects created a building that provides highly flexible work space to support diverse tenant needs. Heron Tower is honored with the National British Council for Offices (BCO) Award for Best Commercial Workplace. Set on a prominent site at the junction of Bishopsgate and Camomile Street in the heart of the City of London, the 47-story tower is organized around a series of office “villages” with a triple-height atrium at the heart of each. Its overall height is 230m with 46 Storeys, offering 40,836sq m of space. The use of clear glass maximise daylight to the office floors thus reducing the need for artificial lighting.
SUSHISAMBA is located on the 38th and 39th floors of the Heron Tower. It has the highest restaurant in the City of London, with two outdoor terraces flank the restaurant. The restaurant is accessed via two scenic lifts from a dedicated entrance on Bishopsgate. Other tenants include McDermott Will & Emery, Landmark PLC, City Credit Capital.
